INGREDIENTS: Parboiled Long Grain Rice (37.3%), Diced Cooked Chicken (14.3%), Diced Onions, Coconut Milk, Diced Bell Peppers, Peas, Rapeseed Oil, Green Thai Chilli Paste (1.5%) (Green Chillies, Lemongrass, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Coriander, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Ground Coriander), Garlic Puree, Cornflour, Salt.

The Expedition Foods meals labelled 'gluten free' contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten and are suitable for coeliacs. We have audited procedures in place in order to minimise any risk of cross contamination.  However, please note, our production facility is not a gluten-free site.

PREPARATION: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.  Note: Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is longer.

The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
