Shipping & Returns

Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity.

"3-5 working days" Majority of orders placed before 2PM are shipped same day of order.
Orders placed after 2PM are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 5 days. (Not including weekends, bank & public holidays)

"International Orders"
Majority of orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 14 days.
All post will be sent via Royal Mail and transferred to your local delivery companies.
All items will be on recorded delivery and may need a signature upon arrival.

"BFPO" - This type of delivery is for Armed Forces ONLY and cannot be used for civilian or business deliveries.

Internet Returns:
We offer 2 easy options for returning your purchases;

1. Return your goods in person to any Outdoors Ramsey store.
Please bring your Delivery Note with you as proof of purchase.

2. You can return your order to Outdoors Ramsey by using the postal service, whether you are in the UK or outside the UK.

Take the parcel to your Post Office™ (UK) or local postal service within 14 days of receipt and remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting.

 It is important to keep your Despatch Note and Certificate of Posting in a safe place as it will bear a very important, unique reference number. If for any reason we do not receive your parcel or you have a query about your refund, you should quote this number in all communication with us - without this information we cannot refund you.

It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the local postal service.

Please do not send any payments with your returns.
We are unable to provide free returns. Therefore, returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost.
(Wrongly shipped items, Damaged shipped items the postage will be fully refunded)

Items cannot be returned if they have any of the following issues:
Been used
Are soiled
Have an odour e.g Smoke, Chemicals
Been damaged as a result of misuse
Are not in a clean and dry condition

If the fault is not obvious, we may need to return the goods to the supplier for testing. We normally expect a response from the supplier within 4 weeks.

walking boots
