In Store Payment
After selecting instore payment online, you will be notified on when the item will be in store to collect.
You can make payments for your balance at Outdoors Ramsey, Queens Promenade Ramsey store.
When you get to the store till, let the store know your name and order number. This customer number is in the format of 3 to 5 numbers e.g. #111 or #99999 and can be found on top of your Outdoors Ramsey invoice, delivery note or any correspondence received from Outdoors Ramsey.
In-store payments can be made using Credit/Debit cards, cash or Outdoors Ramsey gift vouchers.
Once the payment has been made at the till, it can take up to 48 hours for it to update onto your online account. You will also be given a till receipt. Please keep the receipt until the payment shows on your account. This can be checked online by logging into ‘My Account’.
All payments need to be made before 5:30pm to show in the time specified. Any payments made after 5:30pm on Friday will take longer to update onto the account.
If any payment you have made is not showing on your statement, please call us on 01624 819082* 10am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday so we can check this for you.

All items reserved must be paid within 7days of the initial order.
Failing to pay, collect or contact us before your 7 days expire your order will automatically be canceled.
